Ida Lupino é grande referência para o cinema mundial, sobretudo por ser mulher, estava lá como pensadora, criadora, em um momento extremamente machista, patriarcal, e trazendo temas tão caros pra nossa história, como a maternidade para uma mulher solteira.
Thank you for the great movie.
Unfortunately in that time wasn't easy for a single mother to raise a child and she didn't have no choice to give the baby away.
But it's a terrible decision.
This movie reflects the problem and consequences.
